Island Time company seeks a Customer Service Agent to join our administration team.
This role would be suitable for someone who has previously worked in hospitality, is friendly, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a customer service agent, you will:
- Serve clients & customers.
- Respond to internal/external inquiries via emails, phone, and face-to-face.
- Responsible for reservations & bookings for water taxi service
- Perform general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A warm, appreciable manner
- Able to work under own initiative.
- At least three years of experience in a customer service position
