As a Watersports Instructor with SYNERGY HR VI, you will be an integral part of our watersports team, ensuring that guests of all ages and abilities have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. You will be responsible for leading activities, conducting individual and group lessons, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained and in top condition.

You will provide instruction in activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding. A key aspect of your role will be conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all participants understand and follow the proper safety protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring weather conditions and adjusting activities accordingly to ensure safety at all times.

The ideal candidate will have certifications in relevant watersports and a proven ability to instruct individuals and groups of varying skill levels. You should be highly personable, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. The ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate techniques, and motivate participants will be essential.

In addition to teaching, you will help with maintaining the equipment, setting up for daily activities, and ensuring the beach or waterfront area is welcoming and well-organized. You’ll need to be adaptable, able to handle various conditions on the water, and capable of managing group dynamics.
